To the best of my knowledge, he didn't suffer any major illness or been in a major accident, or did he?
Not that I know of... but.. he did do a ton of coke in the '70s and that can weaken the heart and you can die from that years later. If anything does him in now, it will be that.
About Bruno: As an adult, I never liked pro wrestling, I don't like nothing that's fake. But as a boy I loved it and Bruno was my favorite pro wrestler - he was why I loved the sport back in the '60s!
The things you list happening to Bruno in his past could all be factors in his not living as long as he otherwise might have lived. One's heart being weaken at any age isn't a good thing ever. It will affect you for your entire life. Would he had been around for another 5 to 10 years had that not happen to him? Maybe, but I think most doctors would say yes to that.
