Plus by the time he retires, Texas won't be a red state anymore, as it's turning more blue everyday (as I'm sure you know) and it's only a matter of time when it never again will be a red state. But you do have to put up with the unbelievable heat there too, and I myself would rather take the snow and cold anyday. But that's me, I can't live anywhere that it gets above 90 degrees (F) more than one day a year in the summer, and in Texas it gets to over 100 degrees on mamy days. Nice place to visit, but not in the dead of summer, not for me anyway.
