Just off the bat, I would say that Keith's singing has noticeably changed the most with age, his voice by his 50s sounded totally different than in his younger years, and to my ears, his singing didn't sound that great anymore. I heard the song "Losing My Touch" the other day on that Russian all Stones radio station, and was thinking, the song should be titled,"Losing my Voice".
I think everybody's voices change a bit as we age, but since most of us don't sing or ever have our singing voices recorded, it isn't noticed too much by others - other than in old age. Once you hit your mid 70s and especially past 80, for those who live that long, the changes are more noticeable to others who know you (even if you don't sing, and 99.5% of people over that age don't sing). It will be interesting to see how Paul, Mick and whoever are still around 10 years from now singing, sound after 80, for sure.
