It's all a part of life and nothing will ever change on this. There will always be some asshole who makes up a story that isn't real, and this covers all things, not just this, and a person's life will be ruined over it. Yet if nothing is done, then all of the innocent victims will also go on hurting too, and that isn't right either. So the real answer is a hard one to figure out indeed! There's no real answer to how to fix this problem, as you really can't without there being some innocent victims always getting hurt.
