Racism is an issue that's always deeply disturbed me as long as I can remember-- literally!
Let's end this racism b.s. now.
Also, we need some serious prison reform. Too many people incarcerated for non-violent crimes. And what really makes me sick is that there are people who PROFIT by having people in jail.
Health care = Give qualified medical students FREE education. That's right ~~~ FREE. In turn, put a maximum amount of money someone is allowed to sue for malpractice. The cost of malpractice insurance must plummet. AND when the new med grad starts to work, he/she won't have the very heavy burden of high debt. There'll be no debt. A minimum number of volunteer hours should be required for the free education.
Hey, we can bail out the banks, right? What about bail out student debt the same way, and do it fairly. By fairly I mean those students who didn't use loans, and very little in loans, should get something back.
Global warming/climate change == these things are real folks, and instead of bickering about is it man-made or whatever, let's put our energies toward countering the consequences, like building dome-shaped hurricane proof homes, elevated 3 or so feet.
UPDATE THE GRID. We're extremely vulnerable.
The war on drugs is an abysmal failure! Politicians need to shut the fuck up and just legalize all drugs. Just do it.
