Yes, but, and a big but, is that all we can see is from the neck up, LOL!
I guess you mean he looks real slim, and yes, he does, and it is true that being slim and fit like MJ means you usually live to be much older than everybody else. I've said it before, MJ will live into his 90s thanks to his caring for his body like he does. But hey, even Keith looks slim too, yet we all know he isn't fit with his heavy drinking and heavy drug intake. Yet most guys like him don't make it pass 30, or 40, and he's also 74, so he's lived well past the average age for one who lives such a lifestyle. But I don't ex[pecet to see him around in his 90s, either. The oldest former H addict I can think of was William Borrows, and I believe he lived into his early 80s.
But the question to this was if MJ looks his age, not how long would he live too. IMO, the man looks his age, and his hair dye doesn't make him look any younger. He looks to me like a skinny 74 year old man with a hair dye job!
