It could be any of that. Plus yes, some of us never get wrinkles while others do long before 70. Smoking tobacco is one of the main causes, and Mick did smoke for about 25 years before he stopped. But that's life, some get cancer while others develop heart problems, etc. It just depends on the body. Most men in their 70s have prostate problems and also have arthritis, too. But if you make it into your 70s, there's close to a 100% chance that you will have something wrong somewhere on your body. No big deal at all. But everybody starts to fall down around that age and it's the one thing all elderly people should be careful about, as broken hips past 80 from falls kills so many people that age.
