Hmm, I appear to stand corrected. That happens when you're new to someone or something and you hear others in that something. It seems clear that the Kinks would have been influenced by Link Wray, but after some quick research it looks like his song Hidden Charms actually came out well after Milk-Cow Blues. I knew they sounded similar, though.

But, then again, I'm not an expert on Link yet but I know that h definitely recycled a bunch of his own riffs, so tracking down who did what first to a definitive end might prove difficult. ----Good thing we have Youtube for this sort of thing!!!
