Thanks! Actually, a very simple question that I'm surprised I never asked before, or maybe I did before I had the Top 10 lists pages put together. But no such poll ever was asked going by those list pages, and most of the earliest poll results are also on there.
I was thinking what about 8-track?? Cassette?? digital?? usb drive?
Gosh, how may people even still have an 8 track player, or even a cassette player, anymore? Well actually, I still have a cassette player in my car that I still use, as there's no CD player in there. But most people today don't have them anymore, whereas, some music fans go out of their way to still get a good turntable , and since CDs replaced vinyl, I figured this was the best match-up.
I was also wondering on which device people listen to the most. You know, the old stereo, the computer, through the TV, on the smart phone, in their car, etc....
That could be a future rock poll question to ask someday!
