The stones could frankly have all retired and stopped recording and performing and appearing in public after the 1970s ended,i think?I would suspect they all had enough money to retire by 1980 or so,or perhaps by 1970 or even earlier.They all could have built castles in the loch ness area or somewhere similar and became hermits and played with their money, like some rockers did.But these guys were always around and in the public eye which is pretty cool.Tons of lps,singles,tours, interviews,charity shows,public appearances etc long after they had more money than they would ever need.I get the feeling that jagger and richards have seldom met a crowd or camera they didnt like?Im glad that these guys chose to soldier on and remain a bamd and highly public figures over the decades.It was cool to sort of always have them around.
