Stones poll: The extended 'Bitch' by a mile.
Rock poll: Graham Nash, although I can see voting for Stills.
VS Poll: Ted Nugent. I love the Beatles and everybody here knows it, and I can't stand Nugent the man. But I love good old rock n roll music and Ted's cover is more rock n roll than the Beatles original is. If one prefers only mellow rock music, then I can see going with the Fabs here. But the guitar playing on this cover is on fire and full of life, along with the drumming that is several light years better than what we hear on the Beatles version, and although Paul played a great piano on this song, whoever is banging on the keys on the cover is just a bit better, adding just a bit more life to the song.
Fab poll: Like last week's question, any 3 of these choices are great picks, but I really think John has the edge in this match up, his playing sounds best to my ears, even if I see in the early voting that he's in last place.
