I neither love them nor hate them. I certainly do *like* their big hits and fan favorites a lot. Their fun when you're having a bunch of beers or a pool party or something like that. But they're NOT, in my opinion, an 'album band'. They just aren't. Meaning I feel no need whatsoever to explore their deeper cuts. Unlike the Stones where their are true gems found on albums that are seldom if ever heard on greatest hits compilations. Consider Moonlight Mile, Time Waits For No One, or Winter. These songs are never heard on collections. I doubt there is much of these with AC/DC. Rather than have all 14 AC/DC albums, I'd be content with burning one CD or creating one playlist with 15 or 16 rockin' tracks.
With all this said, I am very curious to see how Axl Rose sounds along with the remnants of Angus Young's quartet.
