In 2005 when BB came out there has not been a Stones album or original content since '97 or '98, so about 7 or 8 years. So BB was huge in that context and I'm sure we all had goosebumps hearing Rough Justice. Its a very good song, the opening guitar is full of nostalgia (we feel we've heard it before!) But after repeated listening and passing years, Rough Justice settles into being merely 'good', in my opinion, like One Hit To The Body or Harlem Shuffle. But there are many other good tracks, nice vibes and sounds that make BB rank well above half of all the Stones albums. But even in that place, there are still many albums above it and it certainly can't touch the top 5, 6, 7 Stones albums.
