Well, I tried. I've posted pics here many times but this time it was not to be. Sorry for clogging up the board. It was just a picture of my Stones coffee cup next to the new book by Joe Hagan: Sticky Fingers: The life and times of Jann Wenner and Rolling Stone Magazine, which I have checked out from the local library district for the duration of the holidays. I'm sure there will be plenty of Stones stories...I've read that it is too salacious at times but otherwise kind of interesting, and Wenner HATES it so it must be at least kind of good, right??

At the very least it makes for less serious reading coming on the heels of the last one I read by UVA professor Jonathan Haidt, called "The Righteous Mind: Why Good People are divided by religion and politics." That one basically says that all of our reasoning and rational arguing is to serve our intuitions, biases, and preexisting passions on things. In other words, serious stuff.
