Yeah, but the second one, not the first one where he stated he wasn't going to post again, then he did so just the next afternoon. What got me, was he claims "another Gasser" wrote him - bullshit, none of his 2 or 3 Gasser friends post here anymore and the ones who are still here from back in the day when he posted here, weren't friends with him.

But, as I predicted he would, he made these 2 posts claiming that he wasn't the flamer - while flaming me again in the very same post where he made his claim, using his usual words that only he ever used about me. That, and the fact he was able to post in the first place after being banned. All of a sudden, just like that, he becomes the second banned Gasser to figure out how to get around the ban in the last 2 weeks when nobody did before in 18 years before that time? Since he claimed he didn't know who this latest flamer was, no, that flamer couldn't have told him how to get around the ban if he was being truthful. The thing is, in the last 18 years, we had only 2 flamers who flamed for no reason other than to flame, the rest who flamed did it once in a blue moon when another poster got them upset, which is different.

Bottom line is, I wish he would just leave us alone and stop acting like a 10 year old. One close Gasser friend wrote me yesterday and noted that in a way I was egging him on to post another flame again so I could use it against him. I really wasn't, I was just defending myself and the others here, and the board, and then I got those bonus posts on Saturday and Sunday of 2 more harassing posts, this time that were just aimed against me and nobody else. They were clearly harassing posts, no question about it, stating flat out lies about me, which anybody who ever read this place knew wasn't my style of posting - ever. Plus I never did write him any such emails that he also noted, and he always started the trouble, just like he did in the last few weeks. Yet in these latest harassing posts, he flat out admitted he was the one posting! Nobody asked him to return, yet he did - and this last time he admits to the posts being his, while harassing me and stating lies about me once again! Not too smart a person or a post at all to do that! So it's nice to have his bonus posts to use against him if I need to take the next step. But although he is harassing me and the board, he just needs to stay away, grow up, and stop posting where he isn't wanted or welcome, and I would let that part slide. But at this rate I not only have the law on my side and now the proof in his own words that he wrote at least 2 harassing posts here, but I can and still might legally charge him for the cleanup work that comes from his spam (I legally state this and have for 18 years now, in the board's FAQ), and I can with that, also charge him for the new password and banning system that is being worked on right now and is costing me way too much money to implement. I can do that without charging him for harassing me, as they are 2 different things, but now that he flat out noted here for all to see that he made those posts, he fucked himself big time in doing that! The expensive new system being worked on is directly being made because of him and nobody else. Remember, we hadn't had a flame post here in a year and half, not one, not until he returned in the last 3 weeks!

Thanks for giving me a chance here to reply to you and get just a little more info out on him out here, but now pluto, let's let this all slide and hope he stays away this time for good, or till the new password system and banishment system is in place. You can write an email if you would like to reply anymore on this, but please, no more replies here, thanks
