It's on the reissued Ya Ya's. Not Altamont but same version. I have an audience recording. It's pretty good for a 69 aud. In the movie, you can see a taper with a microphone on a pole in the audience. Whether the recording I have came from him or her I dunno. There is a blog floating around cyberspace about it. Regardless, it paints a pretty good picture of what went down that night.
