There are so many rumors going around right now, but shit, do you think it's worth those insanely high tickets prices to see MT play on only 2 songs per show, none of which he recorded with them? If they aren't gonna let MT play on more than 2 songs, I see no real loss here. Anybody who saw MT play live with the Stones in the last year or so, did not really see MT and the Stones, they saw a farce and nothing more! No, you didn't see MT and the Stones for real unless you saw them in '69 or in the early '70s. So to this news I say 'good', at least they will not be selling tickets for something that isn't really happening anyway. I say, either let the man back in the band (like they should have done) and let him play the entire show, or do this and stop being so phony. I would prefer to see MT rejoin of course, along with 98% of all Stones fans, and the Stones do need him, but in their old age they either don't care, or don't realize it.
