Bedsprings & Brussels... same thing?

I have seen old bootlegs of "the bedspring symphony", which, I think, is also called "box lunch and meat whistle". Are these the same bootleg recordings?

How long has the brussels we know been around for? I had heard of it a few times over the decades, and long heard of the Bedsprings. I recall an old fan who heard it (back in the early 90s) and was blown away by it.

But I have only been fully aware of - and listening to - "Brussels" for a few years.
