Keith is no longer working on his new solo LP, it's already finished up, he's just waiting to release it, as reported here a few months ago.
I have not heard anything new about a new studio album being worked on by the Stones, or of them heading to the studio soon... they are definitely not working on one at the moment, wish they were, plus as of the last word a few months ago, they are not planning to record a new LP soon. But things could always change.
On another note... has any of you Gassers heard of the so called "new" Rock n Roll Circus boot that just came out in the last 2 weeks? I have a flyer on it sent in by one of my insiders and it is being talked about a bunch, but the insiders think it's not for real, not at least till they see it anyway. They believe somebody is just playing around with the master tape and redoing stuff already seen on other boots. But there is a few things listed nobody has seen yet, only stuff that we have heard of long ago in the past, including an extra jam with the Dirty Mac that did happen. Then there's also some Hendrix performances included, and we all know that Jimi wasn't at the Circus, so that's what has many thinking that something is fishy with this new boot. I will post the flyer I have here in a bit as I haven't had a chance to place it online yet to link to it, you will know it's up when you see 'edited' in the subject title, but you will need to reboot the board's Home page to see that, of course.
