I actually did this year! The Wonderchick got me the Super Deluxe version of GRRR! It's pretty neato. I know she got it for well over 100 dollars off, and for that price it's pretty worthwhile. It's got four cd's of career spanning songs, some with iffy editing choices but I have all those anyway, so I don't care much. It also comes with a cd of the original IBC demos. Sure, easy enough to get as bootleg versions, but this is quite cool! Also a 7 inch record with four early BBC tracks. Throw in some posters and a hardcover book (that could have been better, there's almost no text) and it's pretty neat. 170 bucks neat? No way. Well under 50 bucks neat? Very worthwhile!
My friend gave me a signed Charlie Watts Thank You card.It looks like he made it, or someone made it. It's quite handmade with stickers and stuff, and my friend that gave it to me is an autograph dealer, so it's pretty much 100% guaranteed to be Charlie. It's really cool. His sister didn't think I'd know who's signature it was without someone telling me since it's Charlie! Here's a picture of it.
