I really don't know that the world needs a blues or soul album from the Stones at this point. Hell, I don't know that i'd be interested in that (of course I'd buy it, but I just don't know that it's the kind of thing that would excite me, and I love the blues). I'd be just as happy with a record of new music with some new songs penned by the Glimmers...if they have it in them. If not, I don't know that an album of blues covers will do it. I don't want any more "Rain Fall Down" "Streets of Love" or "Suck on the jugular." I would like more stuff like "Thru and Thru" "it Won't take Long" or even an "Out of Control." Something that the current band could dig into, something a little different. Inspired. That's what I want.
