N.A. Tour 1972

My first show was in '71 (or was it in '70, I keep forgetting the year it was) at MSG in NYC

It was 1972, July 25th & 26th to be exact, where they did three shows in those 2 days.

I was 15 at the time, miserable as hell because I couldn't be there. But my sorrows were alleviated (just a little) when lo & behold I noticed in the TV GUIDE that channel 5 was going to show a movie that night, first time on television, called >===> "Gimme Shelter".

The 26th was MJ's birthday, and the last day of the tour. Lots of famous people at the backstage party, including Bob Dylan who characterized the tour as "encompassing" and "the beginning of cosmic consciousness."

My first show was MSG in July 1975. Ticket prices? ----- $12
