I have no doubt that the guy who was killed was a smartass and troublemaker.And im sure the cop was under duress when he shot the kid.But im a registered gun owner and what do you think would happen to me if i shot someone 5 or 6 times?,the self defense act would turn into a manslaughter charge.But not when cops do it.I think one shot probably would drop the biggest guy,he was not a grizzly bear.
