Is there any doubt it is about ego, and the fear of being upstaged? Is it Mick wanting the focus to be primarily on him at all times? Is it Keith fearful he will be exposed as the 2nd or third best guitar player onstage? Is it both?

It has to be one of the three and my guess is it is "C". MT on YCAGWYW, makes all the sense in the world (See Brussels version.) and he would shine like the Hope Diamond in the blazing Sun! Somebody sees that as a problem...but who?
