as long as the transfers are 'casual', you can prob get away with no charges....
There are three types of PP accounts. The "Personal" account allows you to receive money from the sender's bank account or PP balance, but no credit card payments. There are no fees to receive money with this type of account, but there is a cap (I believe it is $1,000/month).
Premier and Business accounts both allow the user to receive all types of payments, including those made by credit card. But they both charge fees to the user of the account, regardless of the type of payment (from bank account, PP balance or credit/debit card).
