I think Start me Up is one of the most overrated songs the Stones ever released - great block riff and everything,but as a song its not top drawer - theres far better rockers on that album..its fondly thought of because it was the bands biggest 1980's hit (their last really HUGE chart success) so it's position in the Hot Rocks part of the show plays to the under-35 crowd

One Hit To The Body blows the shit out of it anytime - the way the guitars fuse at the start and jimmy Page's solos especially. fight is quite underrated too

As far as latter day rockers go,I think Love Is strong rates pretty highly as do the rousers on BTB - especially Flip The switch..and dont forget the wonderful Voodoo Lounge leftover of Honest Man - it really coulda been a contender

then again,IMO most of the better Stones songs in the last 15 years have been slower songs (Sleep Tonight,Slipping Away,Almost Hear You Sigh) or more experimental pieces anyway (ie Continental drift)
