: : : Thank you Mr Jones (yes, i know.."Mr jones is my Dad!" for the wonderful music, and for just being you. Thank you for those 2 meetings in NYC..They've been a memory I've treasured for over 30 years. You aren't and won't be forgotten, nor will you be judged harshly. Rock in peace Brian.

: : Hey Gerry it's great to see you again! Hope all is well. I visited Cheltenham while in England last month. I didn't go to the cemetery (too ghoulish, frankly) but I did see his grammar school. Nice place to grow up but I guess he found it too stifling. Shine A Light...

: If not for Brian Jones, no Rolling Stones. What he started, has given us 37 years of unbelievable enjoyment. Rest in peace and forever rock on, Brian. ...... As an aside, my wife called me into the room where our computer is and told me it was 30 years ago that Brian Jones died. Asked her how the hell she knew that, as I had not remembered saying anything to her the last day or two. A few seconds later the Stones screensaver started its sequence. The first thing up was, Brian Jones-1942-1969 RIP. I had no idea there was dated material in this screensaver. Very cool.

You're pretty cool there maxmeister.
