While an engineer was cleaning up the master he spaced off where he had to start/stop (I am guessing) and did in fact accidently whipe off mick's vocal. Since he was in Australia filming Ned Kelly he was unavailable to rerecord a vocal and as the story goes, DECCA Records had to have the master NOW! So Keith recorded the lead vocal. Maxey,Capt Rollins and Tony are correct about Mick's version being on at least a couple of dozen boots!
