I can remember well when this album came out. I did not care for it then either. I like it more today. It was only the second album by the Stones that I did not care for back then. I did many drugs back in those days so I guess I should have liked it since it is a druggy album. I remember my late friend Brian Spizz, who was as big a Stones freak as myself, stating to me that Exile was their greatest album ever and the two of us arguing over it.

I think you are right. I just wish I could find the joy everyone else finds in this album.
