: : Rubber Soul is a great record, too, marred only by "The Word".

: Hey, that is a good song!

: :Exile has my vote for best all-time record ever made by anyone.

: Why oh why do I not see the light on this album like all the other Stones fans do. What am I missing here??

: :I know I am in a minority in my opinion on Sgt. Pepper.

: I like Sgt. P but I never loved it like most Beatles fans did. I did, like the other fans, get off on its cover though.

: :I'll have to pick up a copy of Satanic Majesties - its been years and years since I've heard it, and it just can't be as bad as I remember it being, can it?..

: I can answer that for you, NO! I went years not listening to it cause I did not like it the first few times I heard it in the sixties. I only went out and got the CD when I decied to rate the studio albums for my site (it was the only Stones studio album I did not have). It is a good album. I wish I haden't gone so long in listening to it. It's got its poor tunes but most of the music on it is cool.

I think in order to like Satanic Maj. you have to be on the same stuff they were when you listen to it. It says a lot when Kiss can make an as good or better version of one of the songs.
