was a good time in Chicago, went to the Cubs opener and some joints around Wrigley.Than had some real nice chat with FPM and Dandelion, met Marylin briefly, realy cool to meet some of the folks from the board, starting at the DC show. Was up on Keith`s side top level,9 rowson the aisle, just like in Milwaukee and once again was suprised at the sound, was really, good, everything ewas distinct, down to even that armadillo shell thing being scratched on Gimme Shelter.Which I was kinda glad I only saw once, not that it isn`t done well, just to hear something else. But it is nice for Lisa to have that spotlight. She deserves it and she is really quite a singer,I enjoy her and Bernard, and Blondie as well.Blondie is a nice guy,met him in Vegas.I Got the Blues was really sweet, the horns sounded great, and Mick and Keith, when it`s just the 2 of them singing togehter,it is such a great moment. How many other songs have they never played live could they throw in? What a body of work they have.Saint of Me was just great, and as FPM has noted before,Charlie at the end of the song really nails it.I love watching this band, the dynamics between them the way they perform. It was the lsst of 6 show on No Security and I heard and saw something different at each one, went new places, met some really nice people. The last 3 years have been blessed by the shows and the music the Stones have put out.Long may they run. Oh yeah,I would like to sort of second what Dandelion said about Ronnie,he`s playing his part and he play`s it well.I hope he does a solo tour,Keith as well, for that matter.Woody has played spot on, on the shows I`ve seen.Good on yer` Ronnie.
