: The ENTIRE POINT of my original post was that the way Mick has EXPRESSED himself publicly throughout his marital mess has shown him to be seriously out of touch with public opinion PERIOD.

: Not according to the polls of this great country when our great President was going through HIS little marital mess.
: That friggin' scumbag had the entire country on his side.

And yet there was an UNDENIABLE DRAMATIC difference in world opinion to Clinton vs Jagger thus proving my point that Jagger is COMPLETELY out of touch. Where Clinton displayed finesse and superb manipulation of public opinion, Jagger's OWN public expressions caused him to be roundly denounced by world commentators. Celebs were tripping over themselves defending Clinton. There was no public support for Jagger and ET reported that according to one UK PR firm, Jagger's image over there was worse that Saddam Hussein's.

Even after it was revealed that he impregnated Lucci, the press didn't universally denounce him until he publicly announced that his 20yr companion and mother of 4 gets nothing because they're not really married (he just had his fingers crossed during the ceremony.) Mick's understanding/manipulation of public opinion has been ABYSMAL!!!
