: : They managed in 1981 to pull one gigantic rabbit out of a hat that many people said was empty. Start Me Up.
To say the least, Start Me Up proved punk never happend ie clash and other bull shit no hit wonders.
It is Mick, being swayed by the producer types, telling himn to drop the rock and pick up the electronic computer rap bullshit.
That may be the "wants" of the youth but you and I know about the "air" and the feeling. Besides what is "popular"? For me its whats popular for me, not the media, polls, trends or some kind of fashion :) The Stones have given me a feeling that no fucking clueless teen will ever know of but soon will want to listen to eventually, like Anybody Seen My Baby, at 1st I said o no, but now, that song flows like the finest red wine. I love that song, well writen and the instruments are beautiful.
Right now, the stones are walking a fine line between selling out and kicking ass again. Lets hope they don't sell out and listen to you
They are, they must forget about awards from overpaid consultants for the grammies. I still they must be locked in a basement for a few months and come out with an album.
: So Voodoo.......What were the Stones thinking when they wrote the songs on Dirty Work?????????Explain that one!!!!!!
Ok lets say if DW was good. Now what. Now what will you try to dicect? By the way where did that fucking question come from? Shit its like saying I won the lottery but I had to waste 5 bucks on the ticket. So no name, what about Exile? Explain that one!!!!!! Please do.
