I love the Beatles. My 2nd favorite band. Ringo is marginally talented. George Martin was one of the main reasons the Stones were better than the Beatles. Really, does anybody care how well produced Sgt. Pepper is? Martin worked too hard. Spector was a better producer than Martin. Both bands are way better than the sum of their parts but the Beatles solo careers are better than the Stones solo careers. McCartney, well, no. But Harrison and Lennon did much better work than Mick, Keith, or Mick T.(only Stones whom I have solo albums from)
