: I'd say Monkey Man's break is the Stones' most sublime instrumental break. Nineteenth Nervous Breakdown's break (pun intended) may not be as accomplished, but it sure does cook. All Down the Line's cauterizing slide solo and the conclusion of Sway are way up there too.

Still a Fool (yeah, all seven minutes or so of it)
Just about anything Taylor did, esp. the ones above, plus 100 Years Ago and Sway
She's a Rainbow (both the srting bits before the third time the chorus is sung, and the "acid strings" near the end)
We Love You (at the end, with the Mellotron and drums crashing and blaring)
