You can get clean, but you're always an addict. So many people cling to the opinion that Keith can survive anything, the keith and the cockroaches theory of world survival. But in reality, you can't abuse your body the way Keith has and not suffer the effects. His body has been ravaged by substance abuse, a long life probably isn't in his future.
