naked!

keno, i agree 100%. the only song on Let It Be that needed remixing was the long and winding road. the strings just killed that song; i've never really liked it. of course, i will come clean and admit that i haven't listned to the naked version yet, but my god, what else needed fixing? and to leave off dig it and maggie may is just plain silly. paul just wanted some more moolah, as if his billion isn't enough to tide him over for the rest of this lifetime.

in truth, i don't understand why let it be is not revered as the rock n roll masterpiece it is. it has always been neck and neck with the white album as my favorite beatles album, and the live songs are spectacular. for some reason it always gets upstaged by abbey road, sgt pepper and revolver. what's up with that?
