I gave the Stones single an 8. I truly love it but I'm leaving some room for what's to come. The way I see it, if everything is a 10, then the rating becomes meaningless.
Yeah, I'm seeing what you mean with this new week's poll, even if your comment is about last week's poll. But how can the song "You Better Move On" be a 10? If that one is a 10. then all of the singles before the 1980s will be 10s. Maybe I should approach this in a different matter and rethink how to run this poll? I still bet most of the newer songs will not see 10s, but then again, who knows, with this week's song doing so well. Perhaps in the next few weeks I'll change things up and only rate deep cuts and forget about the singles'? Yes, that may be the way to go instead.
