I voted in a couple of polls last week. I was going to come back for the others, and for my post, but I forgot. What a drag it is getting old, as the Stones sang when they were 25. LOL!
I voted for IORR in the Stones poll but I feel a little uncertain about that choice and may ask to have it changed. we'll see.
"Hey Bulldog" in the first rock poll. I know it was a throw-away song but what can I say, I love it. Always have. As a teenager, I bought the dreadful Yellow Submarine album (even though I had very little money) just so I could have that song. To my surprise (and a pleasant one it is), the song is currently leading the poll, although not by much.
I gave the video in the second rock poll a generous 6. The song irritates me and the performance would look more appropriate for a choir than for a rock act.
The Beatles cover got a 9, which is probably too generous. But that's fine.
