I figured Brown Sugar and CYHMK wouldn't need my help in the Stones poll so I decided to go with something a little less obvious. I had to flip a coin between All Down The Line and Rip This Joint because I just couldn't decide which one would get my vote. ADTL won the coin toss so I added a 5th vote to the 4 that were already there.
I feel the need to point out that I'm not a fan of brass instruments, except as accent instruments, and I wish the Stones hadn't used them so much in those days.
"Strawberry Fields Forever" in the first rock poll. This week's pick was as easy as last week's was difficult. This song clearly stands out in the pack for me.
The Byrds video gets an 8 because my favourite vids are always those of the band or artist playing. The bird houses are silly but that's the kind of stuff they did back then.
The Beatles cover gets an 8 because it has pics of the band members.
