I think both Mick and Keith are blessed with great genetics and could be around for many more years.
Both had had periods of significant substance abuse - much more so Keith. However, neither have really worked at a real job and have lived in splendor and luxury with every need met, and probably tons of the high quality medical care. Like other super-rich people, they probably benefit from all sorts of preventative medicine that us ordinary folks do not receive. All this can't hurt their longevity.
