Perhaps not as fluent a guitar player as Mick Taylor, but as far as rock 'n' roll goes, Ronnie rocks in a way that Mick Taylor never could or will. I think perhaps Ronnie is underrated by the punter, but not by other rock musicians, that's obvious. Ronnie has a rock C.V. that few others come near.
I think the perfect vehicle for Ronnie's 'rockness' was the 'Faces', that's where he really shone. The chemistry between the members of the Faces is obvious when you watch footage of them play. It was all going great till Rod fucked it up. Isn't that just the way of it lol.
Haven't voted yet, but Ronnie will be getting a high score.
