It's not a big deal by any means, but it seems to me that the rating system would have more meaning if there was a definition of each rating.

I do understand (roughly) the concept of decimal points and rounding up and down. I think it was the 9.14 rating I didn't get really, and it still leaves me wondering why you would give a rating that isn't a rating on your scale, and that you then need to round up or down to a rating that is. This is especially so, as there is no definition of what any rating on the scale means in the first place.

I have a scale for rating albums that I came across. It defines each rating, and is user friendly. I could email it to you if you like, and you could see what you think?
