What don't you get then? Are you saying there should be no place where one draws the line? Just how do you do it then? That's how it's done with most everything, at least in the U.S. anyway.

Here is another, last try on my end. When I went to school, a grade of 65 was passing. It was another way of saying D-. But if you got a 64, you failed (or got a F). So one single point made the difference between going on to the next level - or repeating the same level (or class) next year. Does that help any?... or maybe schools don't grade that way where you are from? It could be just that, are things that different in the UK? Do they even have grades in school there?

But do please explain what you don't understand, since I tried in the easiest ways now that I know how to. While you don't get my rating scale, I don't get how you can't understand it. It's so very simple in my mind anyway. Plus that isn't meant in any way as a put down towards you, either. It's just me being totally confused on how you don't get that simple scale. I just can't understand how you can't understand.
