There are other examples of kids more famous than parents and other ancestors.

George Clooney's dad was a minor celeb (a news anchor) and his aunt or great aunt was the singer Rosemary Clooney. George is bigger than them both for sure.

But yeah, its everywhere and in every job category, good and bad. Factories, prisons, politics, policing, teaching, restaurants, you name it.

I just read an article the other day and saw that Denise Crosby (from Star Trek) is directly related to Bing Crosby - granddaughter or niece, I can't recall.
