Things I hate about getting older (nsc)

I don't ever want to know the future. I think it's better that way.

What I hate about getting older (62 next week) is how my brain simply does not absorb anything! For example, I'll read something and then I try going over it in my head and --- nothing!! I can't absorb names, places, little details, and it's getting worse.

Also, I have trouble recalling things. Today in the car "I Can't Drive 55" came on the Oldies station, and I couldn't think of the singer's name!!! 😠 You believe this? I knew it was the guy that replaced David Lee Roth in Van Halen, but I couldn't think of his name!

This happens a whole lot!
