Same here, I love his solo work.
"Let's Work" and his entire second album, "Primitive Cool", was amazing, and if that wasn't enough, his third album, "Wandering Spirit" is near perfect!!! And what a band he had for WS. So many great songs on there: "Wired All Night", "Out Of Control", "Mother Of A Man", WS, "Angel In My Heart", ---- DAMN what an album!
My son was 6 years old when WS was released. I swear to God every night he asked me to put that CD on, and he would stare at the stereo system really digging the whole thing. I was a proud daddy!
