Well, I've heard the term "Blue-eyed Soul", but that's not really for the type of music you're talking about. That's more for artists like The Young Rascals and The Flaming Ember.

For the Blues? HMmmm. Don't know.

It's tempting to play neologist and make up a term, if one doesn't exist already. Maybe 'Blues-Rooted R&R'?
