I know what you mean. What's keeping them. They just finished a European tour so they should be in great music shape. Come on guys, get to it!
Both Keith and Charlie had said in separate interviews that there'll be a new Stones album this year.

It looks like The Rolling Stones will be heading straight to a recording studio once the current tour is wrapped up.
Mick Jagger has revealed that he's writing new songs at the moment for his band.
“I am writing at the moment,” he told Independent IE. “I’m just writing.” It is mostly for the Stones at the moment.”
He added: “I don’t really think about what I have written, much. I just keep ploughing forward, really.”
He also reckons that the band will tour again.
“I haven’t really thought about this set of gigs being our last tour, to be honest,” Jagger told The Sunday Post.
