“Train Kept A-Rollin'“ has been covered a lot. I think we all here love Aerosmith's rocking (and creative) rendition of this classic. 🤘

But how about the original by Tiny Bradshaw from 1951! -- a good four years before the R&R era started. Man I love this stuff!!! 😃

And in 1956 Johnny Burnette (of "You're 16" fame) did a lively rockabilly cover, with intentionally distorted guitar --- not trying to sound like an expert cause I'm not but that distorted guitar might, just might be the first time that effect was used in Rock. (Blues artists have used that before.) I think I heard deejay Bob Mathers share that piece of info, but I'm not 100% sure.
